Questions about Free and payment
What does the Free plan include?
One channel tracked every day, with no time limit and no credit card: its history since it was created, the day-by-day detail of its last 50 videos, alerts, the Monday summary, a taste of the change log and catalogue review, one partnership at a time and the media kit, with three media kits or reports as PDF a day. If you do not come to Orbikit for 30 days, collection pauses and starts again when you come back; an account unused for 24 months is deleted, after an e-mail that tells you.
What if I stop my subscription?
Your account goes back to Free at the end of the month already paid, with its data. Extra channels are paused without deleting anything, your partnerships stay, and what is kept for subscriptions comes back as soon as you subscribe again.
How does payment work?
Every month, on Stripe's secure page: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. You get an invoice by e-mail at each payment.
Can I change plan or stop?
At any time, from the Subscription page. A bigger plan takes effect at once: you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. A smaller one takes effect at renewal. A stop takes effect at the end of the month already paid; you then go back to Free.
Can I change my mind after paying?
Yes, for 14 days after subscribing, with the "Withdraw from the contract here" button of the Subscription page. The subscription stops at once, Orbikit refunds you, less the days already used, and your account goes back to Free.
What if a payment does not go through?
Your account moves to Free until it does, without deleting anything. The payment is tried again for a few days, and at once if you change your payment method; the subscription starts again as soon as it goes through. Without payment, it ends and the account stays on Free.
Business or individual, does the price change?
No. The price follows your use, never your status. The question is asked once, at payment, for the invoice.
Do my collaborators have to pay?
No. A collaborator opens a free Orbikit account and sees what you share with them, as long as your plan runs: notes, media kit, reports, exports, revenue if you decide so. Your plan sets how many you can invite, one from Creator.
